                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                 SEWER EASEMENT FROM ANDREW J. MORRIS AND STACEY
                 B. MORRIS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 99C,
                 MISCELLANEOUS SANITARY SEWERS REQUIREMENTS
                 CONTRACT, TRACT NO. 4, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                 NINE HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS ($910.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Andrew J. Morris and Stacey B.
       Morris, relative to Contract No. 99C, Miscellaneous Sanitary
       Sewers Requirements Contract, Tract No. 4, for a consideration of 

       $910.00.
